1. Non-Refundable Items

All customized products (e.g., t-shirts, hoodies, mugs, or any items printed with your designs) are made-to-order and non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery.


2. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange only if:

  • The item received is defective or damaged.
  • The item is not as per your confirmed order (e.g., incorrect size, color, or design due to our mistake).

Conditions for Return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when received.
  • The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Proof of purchase and photos of the defect or damage must be provided.

3. How to Request a Return

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos of the item and its defect (if applicable)

Our team will review your request and provide further instructions within 2-3 business days.


4. Refunds

If your return request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Refunds may take up to 7-10 business days to reflect, depending on your payment provider.

5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items. Please follow the return process, and once approved, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.


6. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective product, wrong item), we will cover the shipping costs.
  • For all other issues, shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

7. Important Notes

  • Customized products cannot be returned or refunded for reasons such as incorrect size or design provided by the customer. Please double-check your order details before confirming.
  • Non-customized products may be eligible for return under our standard return conditions.
